It was the term “First Aid” that attracted me. After an intensive, engaging eight hours, I came away better prepared to help someone having a mental health illness – until he or she can get professional help. Thanks to this course, I have the basic tools and knowledge to help someone in need. Who would benefit from this course? Everyone.
