A Look at the Consumer Quality Team of Maryland

The Consumer Quality Team of Maryland is a program of MHAMD that improves quality oversight of  Maryland’s public mental health system by recording and addressing individual consumers’ satisfaction with the services they receive. CQT uses a unique model to connect with consumers at the sites team members visit throughout Maryland.

In this video, CQT Director Kate Wyer offers a look at the program.

(As we close out 2018, we invite you to support CQT and MHAMD with a year-end donation!)
