MHAMD Perspectives

Come See Us at the B’More Healthy Expo This Saturday, March 16!

This Saturday, March 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the 10th annual B’More Healthy Expo will take place at the Baltimore Convention Center. The expo features dozens of health and wellness exhibits, health screenings and other activities for the whole family.

We are pleased to announce that MHAMD will be a part of the action, with not one, not two, but three tables! (Our table numbers are 423, 424 and 425.)

Visit the MHAMD table to learn more about what MHAMD does and free handouts that offer vital information on mental health.

Visit the next table to discover the Children’s Mental Health Matters! program and how you and your family can be a part of Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week. You can also take home handouts that cover the basics of children’s mental health.

And finally stroll over to the BrainFutures table to learn about brain health across the lifespan. We’ll have fun activities for the kids, including a “build-your-own neuron” area. There’s also fun for adults too, as you can learn more about the BrainFutures program.

We hope you’ll come by and say hi on Saturday!  For more information about the Expo, go here.

See the floor map below to find where we are!
